I might just be pivoting to use Unreal Engine for future developments.
This is my first project using UE5 as the new engine for Juvul AV explorations.
I have made a series of custom MIDI Components and this is the first test putting a few things together.
The Unreal scene doesn’t do much (animation wise) by itself but is driven by a multi-channel sound track – the music that you hear playing of course – composed and played real-time in Cubase with telePort in tandem and transmitting Live MIDI to the Unreal Scene.
So, as always it is indeed very real-time what you see. It also already had its debut as a live and interactive “Piano controlled installation”.
In effect, this could be the beginning of “new MIDIum”…
